Why use the Modemsafe?

Your WiFi modem emits radiation 24 hours a day and with some modems, switching the modem off when not in use is sometimes not an option.  Shield yourself from RF exposure from WiFi modems with the ModemSafe by Cellsafe.
The Modemsafe has been designed for people who sit in close proximity to their modem (ie: in an office workstation).

How to use the Modemsafe

The ModemSafe is made from flexible, breathable RF shielding material and is designed to minimise RF radiation from all Wi-Fi modems.  Generously proportioned at 30cm x 25cm x 10cm the ModemSafe simply slips over the top of the modem. The Modemsafe will dramatically reduce the radiation coming out of the modem, while still allowing enough signal for connection. Of course, with the weaker signal, you won’t get the same reach. If you are not in close proximity to your modem and want to increase the range, simply adjust the Modemsafe by folding it up so it sits a little higher on your modem.

Bluetooth headsets carry 6 months warranty , Personal GPS SOS Trackers carry months warranty and GIGASET Cordless Phones carry 24 months warranty. In the case of Bluetooth headsets & GPS Trackers, these do require charging so please check that you have fully charged the unit before contacting us.  If we find the product not be faulty it will be returned to you and the postage and handling charge for shipping the item back to you will be reapplied. The warranty does not apply to damage, general wear and tear, batteries or other consumables.

In the unlikely event you experience any problems with your Cellsafe product please notify us in writing by e-mail at info@cellsafe.com.au We ask that you refer to the page on the website about caring for your Cellsafe product as the most common complaints with these items arise from misuse and or general wear and tear.

Please note that Cellsafe does not warrant defects resulting from the misuse, physical damage, neglect, abuse, alteration or repairs by unauthorised parties, and that normal wear and tear is not considered a fault.

Radi-Chips, Radi-Cushions and Cellsafe cases should not be exposed to extreme heat, moisture or cleaning products and solvents. If you are using your phone without a case fitted over the top then please note that sweat and oils from your hands may cause some discolouration of the Radi-chip, this is purely cosmetic and will not affect the performance of the product.

Please note that the Cellsafe products are designed specifically for the models described on our website. We regret we do not refund or exchange for incorrect purchases or if you have simply changed your mind.

Cellsafe will not accept any unauthorised returns, customers must contact us in writing and will be issued a return authority number which must be clearly written on the packaging when returning any goods to us. Please note that Cellsafe will not accept or be held responsible for any item sent to us without a Return Authority number clearly printed on the envelope / packaging.

2 Our contract with you

2.5    Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that Goods advertised on our website are available.

2.6    If we do not have all of the Goods you order in stock, we will offer you alternatives.   If this happens you may:

3 Your account with us

3.1    You agree that you have provided, and will continue to provide accurate, up to date, and complete information about yourself.   We need this information to provide you with the Goods.

3.2    If you use the website, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for preventing any unauthorised person from using your computer.

3.3    You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. You should tell us immediately if you believe some person has accessed your account without your authority and also log in to your account and change your password.

3.4    We reserve the right to refuse you access to Our Website.

4 Price and Payment

4.1    We endeavour to keep our website and catalogue prices updated and accurate but it is possible that the price may have increased from that published. If that happens, we will not send your order until you have confirmed that you wish to order at the new price.

4.2    Banking charges by the receiving bank on payments to us will be borne by us. All other charges relating to payment in a currency other than Australian Dollars will be borne by you.

4.3    Any information given by us in relation to exchange rates are approximate only and may vary from time to time.

4.4    Prices include Australian goods and services tax.

5 Delivery

5.1    Deliveries will be made by post / a carrier instructed by us to the address stipulated in your order.

5.2    We may deliver the Goods in instalments if they are not all available at the same time for delivery.

5.3    Goods are sent by post. 

6 Cancellation of order

6.1    You may cancel your order at any time before we despatch your order.

6.2    If you cancel before we have sent the Goods, we will refund to you the price of the Goods and the cost of delivery, if any.

6.3 This paragraph does not affect your rights in the event that the Goods are faulty.

7 Goods returned.

If you are not wholly satisfied with your Cellsafe product, please tell us at the earliest opportunity:
 
7.1 To do this, it is essential that you follow the instructions below. These provisions apply in the event that you return Goods to us because you say they are faulty:
 
7.2 You must tell us by email message to info@cellsafe.com.au or by letter to our land address at the top of this agreement, you that you would like to return goods, specifying exactly what goods and when purchased, and giving full details of the defect. We will then respond to you accordingly and if we determine return of the goods is warranted, we will issue a returns authority. If you send goods to us without a return authority, we may reject them.  Please note that we do not refund or exchange for change or mind or goods incorrecly ordered by the customer.
 

 

8 Disclaimers

8.1    We or our Content suppliers may make improvements or changes to Our Website, the Content, or to any of the Goods, at any time and without advance notice.

8.2    You are advised that Content may include technical inaccuracies or typographical errors. This is inevitable in any large website.   We would be grateful if you bring to our immediate attention, any that you find.

8.3    We give no warranty and make no representation, express or implied, as to:

13.8 This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the law of Australia. This agreement shall not be governed by the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods, the application of which is hereby expressly excluded.
